Julien Kerneur: Mexique report

Ciao Everybody,
the "Lords of the Wind showdown" is just end
and it was really a great event with a perfect organization!

We had 5 races with very high wind, since we were on the water with our 9m kites!
The American team Heineken-Koch-Lake as usual was very hard to battle with in those kind of conditions and in the end I scored a 4-3-4-4-4 place, every time very close to Koch or Lake!

Anyway, there was also a BIG AIR competition just after the races,
so I took the opportunity to enjoy some big air riding my RRD Addiction kite and my RRD Style...

AND I WON THE BIG AIR!!!

Then the last day of competition was time for the big challenge Windsurfers VS kitesurfers !
The wind was light (about 15 knots) and we were on our 13m kites on a very very long race course with an upwind reach 2,5 miles long!
There was no windsurfers in the TOP 10 and I scored again a 4th place!
Really insane!

Now I'm on the road to La Ventana, to join the RRD USA team to attend
my second Mexican event: La Ventana Classic...

Salut,

Super événement à Los Barilles en Baja California, l'organisation
était vraiment parfaite

Nous avons valider 5 manches de race , les courses on été validé dans
du vent assez fort puisque nous utilisions les 9m.
La team US Heinneken-koch-Lake était très dure à battre , Je me classe
4-3-4-4-4, toujours juste derrière Kock ou Lake !

Un Big Air était organiser juste après les manches de race !, bien
équipé de mes nouvelle Addiction Race et de ma Style 40 j'ai jumpé le
plus haut . je remporte donc la première place du BIG AIR !

Le dernier jours , le challenge était toute catégorie confondu ,
windsurf VS kitesurf ! Le vent était au alentour des 15 nds, en 13m ,
nous avons un parcourt énorme avec 2,5 milles de remonter au vent , je
me classe 4eme , aucun windsurfer dans le Top 10 !

Aujourd' hui je pars avec toute l'US team à La Ventana pour le Second
événement (classic la ventana) .
