here is a video from my first week in St.Lucia @2Elements and Coconut Bay. It was a frustrating week trying to get my kiting level back to scratch after being at home for the start of the UK winter, I have also been working on other sports which will be shown more in the next video to come in 2 weeks time.
I'm doing video updates every 2 weeks showcasing my training over my 3 month trip away.
