Hi all,
I am pleased to inform You, that I won 2nd event of Polish Kite Race
Cup "Infosys Molosurf Kite Cup" .
The first day of competition brought cloud cover and very strong and
gusty wind from the west, such conditions were good for heavy riders
like me (83 kg).
We managed to ride 4 races, so the judges and competitors finished the
day in a good mood, determined to fight on next day.
Sunday also proved to be a very successful day, because of the wind
direction - south - very spectacular for the viewers, as well as its
strength (12-18 knts) – We was able to ride 8 races.
I won 9 of 12 races with my most serious rival (Blaszko), and it was a
revenge for the last event, where the order was reversed.
Closing and prize giving ceremony was held at the Molo kiteschool
(foto).
It was great victory of RRD equipment over NKB, as well, and generally
event was dominated by RRD equipment meaning K-Race 65 ( 3rd and 4th
used the Krace 65).
Next competitions for 2 weeks in Rewa and after Word Championships on
Sylt, so…. keep your fingers crossed!
currently in overall ranking after 2 events I'm on 1st position! :
